This week begins our new strength cycle. We will be testing our 1RM for the clean, the power clean and the bench press.

Bear complexes, goblet squats, kb snatches and kb swings!
Core work, power cleans and wall balls!
Rowing, T2KB, front rack lunges and goblet squats!
