The response we received this weekend was so far above and beyond what we expected that we can’t say enough to our community for the support that was shown!
Split jerks, ring dips, hang power snatches, overhead squats, ring rows, hang power cleans, push presses!
Core work, box jumps, push-ups and kb swings!
This Saturday is our STRENGTH Fundraiser, and we want to thank everyone in the CF13S community for being part of such an important day for us.
