Front squats and a KB complex!
Front squats, running, clean & jerks, power snatches and thrusters!
Split jerk, rowing, push-ups and bench presses!
This is our last strength day building with percentages. Next week will be our 1RM re-test week for the back squat, front squat and split jerk!
