We are going to be testing our 1RM snatch, power snatch and thruster this week!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (power snatch 1RM test) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill (muscle-ups) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (thruster 1RM test) + short metcon
Friday – strength (bench press + snatch 1RM test)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
