WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (push press) + short metcon
Tuesday – strength (hang power clean + press)
Wednesday – skill (bodyweight re-test) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (overhead squat) + short metcon
Friday – skill (snatch complex) + long metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
