Thank you again to everyone (coaches and members) who came out to support Morristown Moves this weekend. I was just told that South Street Yoga (the organization in charge of the crawl) has already collected $2700 in donations from participating studios, so thank you to everyone for their very generous donations as we were a good chunk of that!
Incredible work last week with our 1RM re-tests! The vast majority of you saw at least some improvement in a number of your lifts, so keep up the hard work and the consistency in class, and I look forward to seeing this repeated in our next strength cycle. Our next strength cycle starts this week so we will be testing our clean, power clean and bench press in the next five days.

Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
