Monday – skill (pull-up and push-up holds) + long metcon
Tuesday – strength (hang power clean + press)
Wednesday – short strength (overhead squat) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (bodyweight test) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (push press) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
