Goodbye, ET!:
For those of you who didn’t get a chance to say goodbye, Eileen’s (aka ET) last class was this Saturday. She is moving down to sunny Miami this week and will leaving CF13S. As one of our early members (alongside McCourt) she will be greatly missed! Good luck down in FL, and please drop-in whenever you’re in town!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – strength (bench press + snatch 1RM test)
Tuesday – skill (death by v-up) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (power snatch) + long metcon
Thursday – skill (weighted pull-up) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (thruster) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
