Monday – strength (hang power clean + press 1RM test)
Tuesday – skill (spring goals) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (overhead squat 1RM test) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (1 mile run re-testwork) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (push press 1RM test) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
