Week of October 31st

A big thank you to everyone who came out to Nightmare On 74 Elm Street on Friday night! We had enough drinks, food and bad jokes to go around. Thank you to Thomas for bringing the speakers as well (“Are those speakers going to be here permanently?!” – Bobby).

And a very big thank you to Julie, as always, for bringing the whole night together … especially the Former Members Graveyard, which she is already looking forward to re-creating next year!

Monday – skill (strict ring pull-ups and strict ring dips) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (overhead squat) + short metcon
Wednesday – strength (hang power cleans + press)
Thursday – skill (rope climbs) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (push press) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
