Congrats to Dan/Vicky and Sara/Alex for competing at Heroes Journey’s ‘Wodtoberfest’ yesterday! Dan and Vicky came in 6th with a 3rd place finish in the 2nd WOD! Always great to see our members test their fitness outside of class!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (push press) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill + long metcon (1RM weighted pull-up / strict pull-ups)
Wednesday – strength (hang power cleans + press)
Thursday – skill + long metcon (core work)
Friday – short strength (overhead squat) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
