WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (pull-ups) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (front squat 5RM) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill (front rack lunges / weighted box jumps) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (split jerk 5RM) + short metcon
Friday – strength (deadlift + back squat 5RM)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
