Tuesday – strength (hang power cleans + press 1RM test)
Wednesday – short strength (overhead squat 1RM test) + short metcon
Thursday – skill + long metcon (tempo back squats)
Friday – short strength (push press 1RM test) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
