Paleo Challenge:
Spread out the water! A lot of folks (myself included) seem to be waiting to down all that water late in the evening … and then end up spending more time in the bathroom than sleeping during the night. Spread it out. But keep it up, because it definitely sounds like folks are drinking it. Don’t be scurred to drink more than you have to. Can never have enough water!
