death by 10m (for 10 minutes max)
For folks who have not done a “death by” workout before … in the first minute you do 1, in the second minute you do 2, in the third minute you do 3 … and in the tenth minute you will do 10. So, in this case, we are adding a 10m sprint with each minute that passes.
