WOD – 04/17/17

Skill:
5×5 hang cleans (from the jerk blocks)

Focus on this as a skill, not strength, but feel free to increase weight slightly with each round. The reason we are working from the blocks is so you are able to focus on your starting position with the bar in the correct position.

WOD:
50 lunges
40 air squats
30 push-ups
20 box jumps (24/20)
10 burpees
20 box jumps (24/20)
30 push-ups
40 air squats
50 lunges
