The high hang is going to force us to generate a lot of upward power in a very short period of time with an aggressive shrug. This will help get us ready to generate even more power for our 1RM clean and power clean this week. The 2-3 second pause in the bottom is going to get us comfortable sitting in the bottom of a squat after the catch.
