1-10min, that many goblet squats (53/35) per min
11-20min, that many chest touches per min
21-30min, that many doubles / singles per min
In each minute you will increase the reps you are doing by 1. So in the 7th minute you will be doing 7 goblet squats. In the 16th minute you will be doing 16 chest touches. In the 29th minute you will be doing 29 double unders or 29 singles.
