Push Press: 5×5 @ 5RM

WOD:
2 minutes x5 of…
10 double unders / 30 singles
10 push-ups
10 air squats
max effort pull-ups / bar muscle-ups / muscle-ups

You are going to have 2 minutes to complete 10 doubles or 30 singles, 10 push-ups, 10 air squats and then complete as many muscle-ups or pull-ups as you can in the remaining time. When 2 minutes hits on the clock you will start back at 10 doubles or 30 singles.
