Hang Power Clean: 3×3 @ 70% of 1RM
then
Press: 5×5 @ 5RM

MAX EFFORT:
Friday night at 6:30pm a group of our members will be tackling week 2 of MAX EFFORT, the online competition that they are taking part in. Folks are welcome to come and hang and bring refreshments to guzzle while cheering them on!
