Athletes are going to perform a deadlift, and stand tall. Athletes will then begin the negative movement and pause right below their knee, and then come back up to stand tall. That is 1 rep. Start at 50% of your 1RM and try to build with each set of 10. Focus on staying back in your heels and activating your hamstrings.
