Julie and Brigid from Healthy Self Reset (that a number of us took part in last year) have put together an eBook called Functional Feed: A Functional Approach to Medicine, Nutrition and Movement. And the link to the free book can be found here.

I have not yet read it myself, but am looking forward to it. Julie Foucher is a multiple times CrossFit Games athlete, and is also on her way to becoming an M.D. and Brigid Titgemeir is a dietitian and nutritionist, so when they combine like Vultron we are bound to get some very worthwhile information that we can put to good use in our own lives.
