Strength:
Split Jerks – 5 @ 50% of your 1RM, 5 @ 60% of your 1RM and 5 @ 70% of your 1RM
then
Push Press – 5RM


Recipes:
We (and by ‘we’ I mean ‘Julie’) made this banana bread this weekend, and I think it was one of the best we have had. Sweet, not dry at all, and made for a great side dish with breakfast, or something sweet after dinner.

I have never heard of “vegan shortening” though, so I am going to assume she axed that ingredient all together. I will check with the chef though.
