The best way to get a real sense of what CrossFit is all about is to stop by on a Saturday morning and join us for a free class. Each class includes a warm-up based on the movements you will be performing, careful instruction on basic movements, and a workout based on those movements. Our goal with this class is to give you a taste of what CrossFit is, and show you that regardless of what you may have heard, it is not so scary.
Our intro classes are suitable for everyone, and we design our Saturday morning workouts to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of their current fitness background and experience.
We hold free classes every Saturday at 8:00am and 9:00am for anyone looking to see what our community is all about. These classes are for athletes new to CrossFit, not for athletes dropping in from another gym. Information about dropping in can be found here.
