Core work, hang power cleans, push-ups, and box jump overs!
This week starts the beginning of our snatch strength cycle! We will be testing (and re-testing) our 1RM for the snatch, power snatch, and push jerk.

Core work, push presses, front squats, burpees, sit-ups, push-ups, and overhead walking lunges!
Barbell complexes, back rack lunges, goblet squats, and box jumps!
