We are excited to introduce FIT360 to CrossFit 13 Stars! ALL levels of fitness are welcome.

This program is a strength and conditioning program that focuses on building a better YOU through high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes.

What to expect in each class:
– each hour-long class will be led by a certified coach
– a discussion of the workout
– a review of the workout’s movements
– mobility work
– a 20 to 30 minute endurance workout
– a cool down stretch to ensure that we are leaving the class in the best possible position both physically and mentally

No Barbells

That’s right, no barbells. FIT360 will help you build confidence, strength, conditioning, and stability through a full body workout.

IMPORTANT: all movements we perform can be modified to accommodate for every level of fitness. We specialize in helping all of our athletes perform a challenging, but doable, workout each and every class. ALL levels of fitness are welcome.

– bodyweight movements (ie. push-ups, sit-ups, air squats)
– kettlebells
– medicine balls
– rowing
– running
– box jumps / step-ups

Class Times:
– Monday: 8:30am
– Tuesday: 8:30am, 6:30pm
– Wednesday: 8:30am
– Thursday: 8:30am, 6:30pm
– Friday: 8:30am
– Saturday: 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am

FAQ

What movements will these classes consist of?
These classes are going to be limited to 12-15 different bodyweight, cardio, and light weight movements. These classes will not utilize barbell movements.

Will these workouts be different than the CrossFit programming?
Yes. FIT360 is for the individual who is looking to get in shape with a HIIT (high intensity interval training) or boot camp type workout without the gymnastic and weightlifting skill required for a CrossFit class.

What days and times will FIT360 be offered?
Monday through Friday at 8:30am. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm and on Saturdays at 7:00am, 8:00am, and 9:00am.

How long will these classes be?
The FIT360 classes will be an hour long, and the workouts will typically be between 20 and 30 minutes long. Please see below to see what the format for the class is outside of the workout.

What can I expect in a FIT360 class?
We will discuss each workout as a group at the beginning of class. We will spend 10 to 15 minutes warming up with stretching related to that day’s movements. The movements will demonstrated by the coach to make sure each athlete in the room understands the movements, or is comfortable with a modification. We will spend between 20 and 30 minutes on the workout. We will close each workout with 10 to 15 minutes of cool down stretching.

If I am a CrossFit member can I attend a FIT360 class?
Yes. It will count as a class just like attending any other class in our schedule.

If I am a FIT360 member can I attend a CrossFit class?
No. We require all new CrossFitters to go through four (4) On-Ramp (or intro) classes that focus on a number of the most basic barbell movements that you will see in our CrossFit classes. If you are interested in attending CrossFit classes then please speak with a coach about scheduling your On-Ramps. Each On-Ramp counts as one class in your membership.

Am I able to choose to do the FIT360 workout in a CrossFit class?
No. Please plan on doing the programmed workout for that particular class.

If I am an experienced CrossFitter can I use barbells in a FIT360 class?
No. Please plan on doing the programmed workout for that particular class.
