We know that our community has a variety of careers that require them to travel. And because of that, if you have an unlimited membership, we are happy to add any time on to the end of your current membership that exceeds a trip of 7 days.

1. Please submit all membership hold requests no less than five (5) business days before your upcoming scheduled trip.

2. Membership hold requests are available with a minimum of seven (7) days of travel.

3. After your days have expired, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.

4. If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, and your membership payment has been processed, you are welcome to come back and enjoy the gym for the remainder of your membership, but a refund will not be processed.
