Strength Training Clinic

13 Stars Community Fitness
173 Washington Street, Morristown, NJ

13 Star Community Fitness will be offering a summer opportunity for all student athletes looking to learn how to use strength training to improve athleticism and help prevent injury. While many high school sports programs offer general strength and conditioning programs, our four day clinic will specifically focus on form and technique necessary to safely and effectively execute foundational weight lifting movements. Over the course of the program, athletes will also explore the connection between strength training and injury prevention.

Our program is inclusive of all genders and athletic abilities. No weightlifting experience is necessary. Come see how your athletic experience can be taken to the next level!
