The On-Ramp program is required for ALL new clients prior to entering regular classes. The program consists of four (4) sessions completed over a two (2) week period to ensure knowledge and safety of the movements. During the two weeks, we’ll review CrossFit Methodology, the various fundamental movements, Olympic lifts, nutrition, and complete various benchmark WODs (Workout of the Day). Everyone must attend all four (4) sessions in order to move on to regularly scheduled classes.
The On-Ramp classes are included with all monthly memberships.
Our On-Ramp classes are scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm and on Saturday mornings at 7am. Additional days are available, but will need to be worked out with a coach beforehand.
