Sam and I were recently talking about why she felt sluggish during her workout, and she mentioned that she hadn’t eaten anything since lunch … and at that point it was about 5:30pm. I have always been a fan of eating something small before working out, and this article that Sam found and sent over reinforces that with a lot more science behind the reason why.
