- We will be re-testing our 1RM lifts this week … the power clean on Monday, the thruster on Wednesday, and the clean on Friday.
- We will also be re-testing our 500m row on Thursday.
- Our FIT360 classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm this week.
