With our 7th annual 13’s Fittest in the rearview, we want to say thank you to everyone who competed, volunteered, judged, photographed, posted, and cheered! It all contributes to a successful day… and we already can’t wait for next year!

Items for the week…

  1. We have our annual, homegrown benchmark “parTnerS” on Tuesday! Text your gym buddy now and make sure they can join you!
  2. We had our 1RM re-test week originally planned for this week, but between Murph and 13’s Fittest … we’re going to give us all a week of rest, and come in hot and fresh next week.
  3. We’re going to call an audible and throw in a deload week this week in preparation for the 1RM re-tests next week. Yes, we will also have another deload week after our re-test week.
  4. We’re going to begin a new gymnastic progressive cycle this week, giving everyone the option to work on either toes-to-bars and push-ups each week.
  5. Our FIT360 classes will be on Thursday night, and Saturday and Sunday mornings this week.
