A dish that has been added to the rotation (since making it’s debut this past Thanksgiving) is Juli Bauer’s Maple Bacon Pecan Roasted Butternut Squash side dish on PaleOMG. A fantastic side to any meat entree, but go easy on the syrup. Tends to be on the sweet side.
