For as long as possible:
From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats, 95 / 65 lb.
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats, 95 / 65 lb.
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats, 95 / 65 lb.
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Etc., following same pattern
The CrossFit Games Open has started (as of this past Thursday), which means CrossFit will release a new workout every week for the next four (4) weeks to determine who will be going to regionals (aka the next round of competition). To get a taste of the competition, the Open workouts will be our gym’s programing for the next four (4) Fridays. This does not mean you have to be signed up for the Open either, just means we want everyone to give a CrossFit HQ programmed workout a shot and see how we all do.
