The CrossFit Open starts this week and the 1st WOD (15.1) was released last night. Each week, for the next 5 weeks, a new WOD will be released on Thursday night.

You can register here for $20 if you would like to make it official. If not, you are still welcome to come in during The Open WOD times and perform the workout. These WODs will not count against your weekly classes, if you are on a limited package, so if you would also like to come in and give the workout a shot, even if you’re not signed up officially, come on down!.
Friday at 5:30pm and 6:30pm and Saturday at 10:00am will be designated for The Open workouts each week. If you are signed up for The Open, please come in during that time and get judged.
If you are not signed up, but interested in checking it out, come and cheer on the members who are partaking! You are still welcome to judge another member and count their reps even if you are not doing the WOD yourself.
