Remember folks, technique > consistency > intensity. To be efficient at any movement we do in the gym, you must first understand the technique. We have wall balls coming up, so we wanted to brush up on the proper technique to make sure everyone is on the same page with exactly what you should be doing, and what we are going to be looking for.
