More rope climbs anyone?! 🙌

We’re tackling “JEM” this week, the workout created by Jess P and Emily C after their 2020 13’s Fittest Scaled 1st place finish!

Items for the week…

  1. We have our homegrown benchmark “JEM” on Tuesday!
  2. We are testing our 3RM numbers this week … the  power clean on Monday, the thruster on Wednesday, and the clean on Friday.
  3. We are also in week 5 of our progressive, eight-week rowing cycle and will be using our 500m pace from week 1 on Thursday.
  4. Our FIT360 classes will be on Thursday at 6:30pm this week.
