  1. We are going to be taking a break from the strength cycle this week after our 1RM re-test week with a deload week!
  2. We will be re-testing our endurance test on Friday!
  3. We will also be re-testing our 1000m row on Monday!
  4. Our FIT360 classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday mornings this week.
