Our Last Build Week! 💪

This will be our last build week before we re-test our clean, power clean, and bench press 1RMs next week!

Items for the week…

  1. We will be using our 3RM clean (Monday), bench press (Wednesday), and power clean (Friday) numbers this week. Our 1RM re-test is the following week.
  2. We are kicking off a new toes-to-bar progression this week!
  3. Our FIT360 classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday mornings this week.
