New Strength Cycle

- Thank you to everyone who came out to the holiday party on Thursday night … it was one to remember!
- There are 0 squats this week.
- This week starts our new strength cycle, and it will be the clean (1RM test), back rack lunge (for %), power clean (1RM test), and deadlift (1RM test).
NOTE: when available, we are going to be linking the movements in our weekly workouts to a Youtube video as a refresher of the exercise.
