Week of February 12th

Congratulations to all of our athletes who competed yesterday at Cupid’s Revenge VI: Love is a Battle Field in Lancaster, PA! In the words of Mr. Chris Kenny, “It was a fun (but exhausting) day.”

Vicky and Bobby (Friends Without Benefits) took home 3rd place in Scaled and our amigos Pat and Janine from RedShed CrossFit (Mr. and Mrs. RedShed) took home 4th in Masters!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (pause dip work) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (push press) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Thursday – strength (hang power cleans + press)
Friday – short strength (deadlift) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
