THE CROSSFIT OPEN
Just a reminder … The CrossFit Open starts this week, with the first WOD released on February 26th. Friday night classes, 5:30pm and 6:30pm will be designated for The Open workouts each week. If you are signed up for The Open, please come in during that time and get judged. These WODs will not count against your weekly classes, if you are on a limited package, so if you would also like to come in and give the workout a shot, even if you’re not signed up officially, come on down!
Most of you saw our post about the new t-shirts, tanks and hoodies that we are ordering. If you did not, please click here. We are going to be placing our order this week, and only orders that were taken are going to be ordered. Shirts are $20, and hoodies are $45. Re-orders are going to be $25 for shirts and $50 for hoodies, so save dinero and order early!
DONATIONS FOR FIRE VICTIMS
Thank you to everyone who has already donated, every little bit is appreciated by the families. We will be accepting donations until the end of the month, so if you would like to donate, please mention to a coach that you will be leaving your money on the desk and that it is for the victims of the fire. Thank you again!
We will have Open Gym on Thursday during the 6:30pm class. Come on in if you’d like to make-up a WOD, work on a strength or work on a skill. And as always, if you are on an unlimited plan, you are welcome to attend a morning class and work on something else in the evening if you’d like.

Spring is right around the corner and leagues are open for registration! And the 1st Annual Co-Ed Softball Tournament has been announced for Saturday April 18th. Loantaka Park in Morristown – Slow Pitch – 3 Games Guaranteed – 3 Girl Minimum – 6-12ft Arc. Register online on the Tournament page here!

Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
