Tuesday – skill (pull-up accessory work) + long metcon
Wednesday – strength (push jerk + back squat)
Thursday – skill (squat accessory work) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (deadlift) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
