On Saturday we are going to doing the benchmark WOD “1776” for both the 8am and 9am classes!

Weekly WOD Schedule:
Monday – skill work (overhead squats) + long metcon
Tuesday – strength (hang power clean + split jerk)
Wednesday – short strength (front squat) + short metcon
Thursday – skill work (handstand push-ups) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (bulgarian split squat) + short metcon
Saturday – benchmark (“1776”)
