Week of May 4th

Next Saturday, May 9th, is our mobility Seminar with Erin. Our schedule in Zen will reflect this, so please remember that the first class will be from 7:30am to 8:30am. The seminar will run from 8:30am to 9:00am and then then 9:00am class will kick off from there. If you are planning on coming to the seminar please sign-up for the event in Zen. It will not count against your weekly class allotment.

We will have Open Gym on Thursday during the 6:30pm class. Come on in if you’d like to make-up a WOD, work on a strength or work on a skill. And as always, if you are on an unlimited plan, you are welcome to attend a morning class and work on something else in the evening if you’d like.

Monday – skill work + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (hang power clean) + short metcon
Wednesday – strength (front squat + press)
Thursday – skill work + long metcon
Friday – short strength (snatch complex) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
