15 seated knee tucks (w/ paralettes)

One of the best fitness statements I have heard to date is “You can’t out train a bad diet.” And this New York Magazine article expands on that. At one point in time, I’m sure the old “I work out so I can eat what I want” adage may have been accurate, but with the increase in calorie intake, the decrease in physical activity and the rapid decrease in the quality of our food … that is becoming a much harder statement to stay ahead of. We work hard and we spend a lot of time in the gym. Why not make sure all that time reflects how you feel and how you look outside of the gym? As we get older, and our metabolism slows down, it becomes increasingly more difficult to stay on top of our fitness, so the sooner we take full control of our health the better!
