This week kicks off our new strength cycle. We will be testing our 1RM press, push press and thruster. The complimentary movement on strength day will be the deadlift.

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – strength (thruster 1RM) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Wednesday – strength (press 1RM + deadlift
Thursday – skill (weighted box jumps + front rack step-ups) + long metcon
Friday – strength (push press 1RM) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
