WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (overhead squat 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Tuesday – strength (split jerks + clean 1RM re-test)
Wednesday – skill (clean complex) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (power clean) + short metcon
Friday – skill (z-press) + long metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
