15 sit-ups

The kb movements (in this order) are: push presses (round 1), deadlifts (round 2), hang power cleans (round 3), forward lunges (round 4), presses (round 5), front squats (round 6), snatches (round 7), thrusters (round 8), back lunges (round 9) and swings (round 10).

Each arm will complete 10 reps, whether you do them at the same time, or you alternate arms.
