1RM box jump

3RNFT (15 minute running clock)
5 deadlifts (275/185)
max effort HSPUs
5 deadlifts (275/185)
max effort ring push-ups
5 deadlifts (275/185)
max effort push-ups

This is not a “for time” workout. Rest where needed, but not drag it out. Your result is going to be the total amount of reps completed on the pushing movements. And when you stop, you are done with each movement (ie. come off the wall for HSPUs).

Aim for consistency in reps, or pushing for 1 or 2 more reps than the previous round with the same movement.

2 400m runs
50 jumping pull-ups
50 jumping lunges
50 box jumps

Complete 2 runs wherever you would like, and you can break up the reps of the 3 gymnastic movements however you would like. They do not have to be completed in this particular order.
