3 kb complexes per arm (odd minutes)

A body blaster is a burpee to a pull-up to a K2E.

The kb complex is going to be a 1-arm Russian swing to a clean to a snatch and can all be from the hang … the bell does not have to touch the floor before the clean and snatch. And the weight is your choice.
